- Future Hall of Fame first baseman Frank Thomas launched his own record label, W2W Records…..his first project is a group called Bellevoxx whose members are three girls…..’I relate everything to baseball with these ladies,’ Thomas said. ‘You’ve got three first round draft picks…very heavy hitters.’ [Top40-Charts.com]
- Former MLB journeyman Todd Zeile has shifted his attention towards acting and producing since retiring in 2004…..He is both starring in and producing a movie called “I AM” due out this fall…..Zeile’s describes the film’s premise: “There are 10 story lines in Los Angeles around the 10 Freeway. The faith component of it is that all Ten Commandments are depicted in the journey”…..His son, Garrett, is also one of the stars in “I AM.” [NY Post] [ESPN]
