Anybody who voted for Alexi Ogando should not be allowed to vote for anything. Ogando is not a rookie, having exceeded rookie service time limits last year.
it’s an understandable mistake because while ogando didn’t throw the 50 innings the year before to not be considered a rookie, he was on the active roster for more than 45 days, which makes him unqualified.
