- We all remember the list of 104 players who tested positive for PEDs, you know, the one that was supposed to be top-secret but wasn’t? Well, we can forget about any other names being leaked because the list has been deemed inadmissible in a court of law due to the “illegal seizure.” [HardballTalk]

- In the wake of the Winter Meetings, the great folks over at MLB Trade Rumors took a look back at the career of Ricky Henderson and how his involvement it so many trades may have affected his production.
- We have seen concussions dramatically alter the careers of several Major Leaguers over the past several years, sending players to the disabled list for indefinite periods of time. One of those players is Johnny Estrada, whose career was cut short after suffering a concussion during a collision at the plate in 2005.

I agree on the Howard article. I hate sabermetrics, because people take them as an excuse not to watch games closely and form opinions that way.
