Apparently Manny Machado’s $5.25 million contract has rendered him money hungry.  For those of you who follow him on Twitter, you might already know what I’m talking about.

Over the last few days, Machado’s followers (unless he’s sending them to just me) have received various direct messages from the promising shortstop.  I know that when I received an email mentioning I had a message from the 3^rd overall pick in the 2010 draft, I just figured he was voluntarily offering The Sombrero an interview.  Boy, was I wrong…
