Sabathia<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 Not that these are all guys I will be talking about in this article, but I just love negotiating with other owners to find out how their opinions have changed on different guys and see if I can bring back a guy, or two, for under market value.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of negotiating, I can speak enough on how important it is to love the hunt as much as the kill.\u00a0 In order to pull off successful trades, it requires many discussions and proposals with different owners in your league.\u00a0 If your mind has\u00a0 changed on guys you drafted, be sure that the same has happened all across the league.\u00a0 Knowing how certain players on the fringe of bust or bounce-back years are being reevaluated is key to hitting pay dirt.\u00a0 The following is a list of great Trade Bait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Guys I\u2019m Getting:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/n\/nolasri01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Ricky  Nolasco<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>This guy is walking fewer batters per 9 innings than ever before.\u00a0 Control=locked in on the bump.\u00a0 Thanks to some pinpoint accuracy he is also inducing more ground balls than normal.\u00a0 While this has induced a BABIP that is lower than league average, it is not far off and any regression will not be significant enough to scare me.\u00a0 Convince his owner that his K\/9 rate is way down and he looks like a changed pitcher.\u00a0 He has a .365 FIP and you will be happy to have him.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/h\/hamelco01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Cole  Hamels<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>It is nice to have the shield of <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/h\/hallaro01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Roy  Halladay<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/l\/leecl02.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Cliff  Lee<\/a><\/strong> to keep the limelight out of your eyes and let you get to pitching.\u00a0 Quietly, he has a K\/BB ratio that is just slightly below his career best.\u00a0 Not to mention his BABIP is right at league average with a WHIP that is second lowest of his career.\u00a0 Can you connect the dots?\u00a0 I can.\u00a0 Go get him before someone realizes what is happening behind the shields.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/u\/ugglada01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Dan  Uggla<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>His BABIP is at an astonishingly low .176.\u00a0 Even if you don\u2019t like to buy into \u201cluck,\u201d this has nowhere to go but up.\u00a0 Uggla is even striking out less than ever.\u00a0 Remind his owner that his OBP is strikingly low, and hope he doesn\u2019t notice that his contact rate is at peak performance.\u00a0 Hitting more baseballs than ever means some are bound to begin dropping.\u00a0 Get that soured 4<sup>th<\/sup> rounder for the deal of the week.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Guys I\u2019m Getting Rid Of:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/p\/polanpl01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Placido  Polanco<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>His average is 90 points higher than ZiPS projected it to be.\u00a0 I don\u2019t think he is <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/player_search.cgi?search=Jose+Bautista&#038;utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Jose  Bautista<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 Add to it that he is swinging at pitches outside the zone higher than average by a tune of 8%.\u00a0 Call me a seller.\u00a0 I\u2019m looking to bring in someone like <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/j\/jonesch06.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Chipper  Jones<\/a><\/strong> if I own <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/p\/polanpl01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Placido  Polanco<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/w\/werthja01.shtml?utm_source=direct&#038;utm_medium=linker&#038;utm_campaign=Linker\">Jayson  Werth<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Werth is actually walking less than he typically does.\u00a0 His line drive rate is 10% that of what his career average is.\u00a0 Sounds like somebody is pressing to prove his Werth.\u00a0 I apologize for the awful
